premise: If citizen or permanent resident's spouse have permanent residents status or temporary residents status, because citizen or permanent resident's spouse is indirect beneficiaries when the citizen or permanent resident immigrated to the country in before. The citizen or permanent resident's spouse was not the the main applicant of the immigrant.

Recommend implement this new policy, can avoid false marriage, and can avoid citizen or permanent resident's spouse after divorce still have resident status to get something for nothing.
Specific:
When citizen or resident's divorce, their spouse have permanent resident or temporary resident status, conform following requirement, should be revoked permanent resident status, but can be keep temporary resident status:
1 Have stable job and have enough income continue some years ,or he(or she)'s income is middle-income or higher in the country.
2 Have college diploma (2 or 3 years of school system) or higher, or have enough any other skill, can guarantee to work hard and can have stable job and have enough income since the near future.
3 Have other immense talent, or the person will be a very useful talent.
4 Over 40 years of age, and have over enough years tax records, and have enough good credit history.
5 Have young children need to raise.
6 Will be got pension or other kind welfare fund for old-age people soon. (When reach the age and have enough tax records in before.)
7 Will ready to join nationality soon.
For above article 6 & 7, if have permanent resident status can be keep. If the person is excellent talents, if have permanent resident status can be keep.

If not conform above of these requirement, should be revoke resident status, and should be ordered to departure specified period.
